Travel opportunities:  Our agency is committed to mental health service delivery within the Indigenous communities that we serve. As such the field placement student will have the opportunity to travel to these Communities during their placement.

Specialized Training Opportunities:

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Substance Use: Master evidence-based techniques of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy specifically designed to tackle substance use issues prevalent in Indigenous communities.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills Groups: Develop proficiency in the principles and practices of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, empowering individuals to manage emotions and relationships effectively.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Groups: Gain expertise in Cognitive Processing Therapy, a proven method for addressing trauma-related symptoms and promoting healing.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR): Learn the transformative techniques of EMDR therapy, facilitating the processing and resolution of traumatic experiences.
